  • Training Session

    Warming up ranging from 5 to 10 minutes continuing to cardio and mobility exercises. The main part of the session lasts 50 minutes and consists of weight training, LISS or HIIT. At each component of training we will be focusing on the right technique and i will be analyzing the biomechanics and productivity of every movement.

  • Measurement

    Measuring is done with the Inbody370.
    The Inbody370 is going to measure your complete body composition, consisting of: muscle mass, fat percentage and much more. Measuring by measuring tape is also available when requested.

  • Introductory Training

    Did we get you motivated?
    There is a option to request a free introductory training in the rates section! During the introductory training we will start off with a conversation about your goals, after this we will continue with a introductory training session which lasts around 40 minutes.
